Annual memberships commences on the later of the purchase date or the first day of the semester. You must be a member for the entire semester in which the class occurs. Your “home facility” is the location at which you are registered for classes. A diamond membership includes all the benefits of a platinum membership at your home facility, plus complimentary use of the Playspaces at all Kidville locations. Members receive discounts at Kidville boutiques and Kidville salons worldwide.

How to register
Call or check our website for classes and services offered at your location. Please note that Kidville Academy (KVA) is offered by KVU Inc. Within Kidville’s facilities. Early registration is strongly advised, as classes may fill quickly. All forms must be signed by a parent or guardian before a child can attend class.

Registration and membership fees are payable in full at the time of registration. A non-refundable annual registration fee is applicable for all silver members. This fee is waived for gold, platinum, and diamond members. Prices may vary by location. Check our website for current pricing at your home facility. Acceptable forms of payment include: 
Cash: accepted for in-person registration only. 
Credit card: when payment is completed, you will receive confirmation.
Priority waitlist status for classes, camp and KVA is given in the following order, according to your membership status in the semester in which the desired class takes place: diamond members, platinum members, gold members, silver members, non-members. You may upgrade your membership at any time. Waitlists will be notified of openings in classes through the fourth week of the semester. After the fourth week of the semester, please call or check our website for availability. Your name will be removed from a waitlist if you decline an open spot or if you do not respond to a notification in the time allotted by a Kidville or KVA representative.

The primary member must ensure that we have the most up-to-date contact information on file, including mailing address, email address and phone number. Please inquire at your home facility about our email addresses to add to your “approved sender” list.

Cancellations & Refunds
We reserve the right to cancel or modify classes and faculty. No refunds will be issued for missed classes. All refund requests must be submitted in writing either in person or by mail, email or fax; and must be received by the specified refund date. Classes: for class orders (not including KVA and camp), full refunds will be issued prior to the first class of each semester. Subject to your consumer rights: a pro-rated refund will be issued after the first class of each semester. No refund will be issued after the second class of each semester. Memberships: subject to your consumer rights: no refunds for membership upgrades after the second class of the initial semester for which the membership is purchased. Registration fee: subject to your consumer rights: all refunds will be less the amount of the non-refundable registration fee. Camp: subject to your consumer rights: no refunds will be issued for Camp Kidville and/or specialty camps.  No refunds will be provided for absent days, sick days or holidays. Kidville Academy (KVA): subject to your consumer rights: no refunds will be issued for Kidville Academy. No refunds will be provided for absent days, sick days or holidays. Sixty (60) days’ notice must be given in writing if your child is withdrawing from Kidville Academy. Fees will be charged up to and including the stated date of withdrawal, regardless of whether or not the child is in attendance during this period. KVA Application Fee: subject to your consumer rights: all refunds will be less the amount of the non-refundable application fee.

In some instances, due to late enrolment Kidville classes will be pro-rated, otherwise members can schedule the make-up offered for missed class(es).  The per class cost is calculated by dividing the semester cost by 10.  'Holiday make-ups' will be given for statutory holidays; holiday closures are never pro-rated.  Registration fee (new members only) & HST apply to all purchases.  Kidville Academy, Camp Kidville, FLEX Passes, One Year Class passes and Playspace Packs will not be pro-rated.

Early Registration Discount: Enrol for kidville classes within the first month of the registration period and receive $25 off your first class purchase. Registration periods vary by semester.  Kidville Academy and Camp Kidville have different registration periods than classes, please inquire.
Multiple Class Discount: Enrol for kidville classes before the first day of the semester and receive $25 off each additional class within the same semester. Multiple class discounts do not apply to Kidville Academy and Camp Kidville.

Food-Allergy Awareness
Kidville is food-allergy aware and committed to providing a safe environment for our members. Therefore, we request that you do not bring peanuts, nuts, or foods containing nut ingredients onto the premises.  If your child has an allergy that requires medication/an Epi-Pen, an adult must remain on the premise at all times.

For KVA, children must be immunized, unless a fully authorized exemption is on file.

Attendance, Make-ups & Swaps
Make-ups for camp and KVA will be issued for Kidville’s holiday closures only. For all other classes, three make-ups are permitted per child per class within a semester, provided they are scheduled 24 hours in advance and occur within the same semester. Additional make-ups will be provided for classes not held due to holidays. Make-ups are only provided if spots are available. Scheduled makeup sessions must be cancelled at least one hour prior to class. Members may swap classes or times (if space is available) prior to the fourth class of the semester. Classes may only be swapped within the same semester.

Playspaces are open to active members and guests accompanied by active members. With the exception of diamond members, members may use playspaces at their home facility only. Playspace passes are “paperless” and are tracked on members’ accounts. Members’ playspace passes are only valid during their active memberships. Playspace hours are subject to change and may vary by semester. If you are interested in using the playspace during non-scheduled hours, please check with the front desk to find out if the space can be opened. On occasion, playspaces may be closed for special events and activities. Please call ahead. Kidville classes and playspace will not be held on specific holidays. Please check or call your local Kidville for your facility’s holiday schedule.

Gift Cards
Kidville gift cards are redeemable at any Kidville Canada location.  Not valid in the USA.  Gift cards may be used at the Kidville boutique, salon and to purchase classes and playspace passes. A $5.00 charge will be applied for any replacement cards.

Media Release Policy
On occasion we will use photographs, electronic images, as well as audio and video recordings in marketing, training, management and promotion programs.  All such images and recordings are the property of LKM Kids Company Inc. and/or KVA Inc. I understand and agree that such images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes and that LKM Kids Company Inc. and/or KVA Inc. May, without restriction, reproduce, publish, adapt, perform and communicate such images and recordings, in whole or in part, in any media (whether now existing or hereafter invented) throughout the world without my further permission and without any compensation whatsoever.

Member Agreement
Kidville has the right to update policy terms and conditions and other policies at any time.  Noncompliance with Kidville’s policies and procedures may result in termination of membership.


Parents/Guardians and children must adhere to the Community Standards Policy. The Community Standards Policy provides rules regarding safety, sickness, parental accompaniment, classroom and playspace etiquette, and other matters. The Community Standards Policy may be amended from time to time.

Classroom & Playspace Etiquette
• For the enjoyment of all parents, caregivers and children, we ask that you follow our terms of classroom etiquette:
• Please turn off your cell phones or set them to vibrate. If you need to take a call, please step outside the classroom.
• If your child becomes upset during class, please step outside and return when your child feels better.
• Please keep your voices low and your conversations to a minimum. Anyone disturbing the class may be asked to leave the room.
• If your child needs you during drop-off classes, please be as discreet as possible.
• One adult per child in class. If you would like an additional adult to come, please inquire at the front desk.
• All parents and caregivers are responsible for their child’s safety and supervision in the playspace and are required to be within arm’s reach at all times.
• Non-compliance with this policy may result in dismissal for the day and the termination of playspace and/or membership privileges at our facilities.

Food & Drink
Members are prohibited from bringing food or drink into classrooms.

Parental Accompaniment 
Classes for newborns to 24 months are with parent or caregiver. Classes for 2-year-olds are with parent or caregiver, unless otherwise noted. All classes for 3 year-olds are separation optional, unless otherwise noted. Only one adult per child. Classes for 4 to 7 year-olds are drop-off classes, unless otherwise noted. Parents or caregivers may attend the first drop-off class with their child.

Personal Belongings
Kidville is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings.

Safety & Sickness
• Children must stay within arm’s reach of a parent or caregiver at all times in the play space.
• Please keep sick children at home. We reserve the right to send a child home to get well at our discretion and offer a make-up. Come play when you are at your best. Our Kidville Academy program requires that all children must be immunized, unless a fully authorized exemption is on file. Ask for details.
• Children enrolled in drop-off programs must be escorted to and from classrooms by their parent or caregiver.
• It is the responsibility of the primary member – the purchaser of the family membership – to add or remove the names of persons authorized to check into Kidville on their membership list.
• Please be sure to completely fill out the medical portion of the member information form and the additional medical form, if applicable, and sign the release in the case of an emergency
• Kidville Camps and KVA may require an additional medical form to be completed by the child’s doctor.
If a child has an allergy or any other medical condition that requires an EpiPen or medication, it must be on the premises with the parent or caregiver.

Stroller Policy
Strollers are not permitted beyond check-in, in accordance with fire safety regulations.


Venue Ettiquette
For the enjoyment of all parents, caregivers and children:
• All parents and caregivers are responsible for their child’s safety and supervision and are required to be within arm’s reach at all times.
• No shoes are not permitted within certain areas of the Kidville facility. However socks are always required.
• If a child has an allergy or any other medical condition that requires an EpiPen or medi- cation, it must be on the premises with the parent/caregiver.
• If your party exceeds fifteen (15) minutes past the intended end time of your event, you will be charged for the extra half hour ($150).
• Parties will finish at the time stated on the Kidville Birthday Party Contract regardless of the time the party host or guests arrive.

Food & Drink
Members are prohibited from bringing food or drink from outside vendors during an event, unless previously agreed upon by Kidville Birthday Party Manager. Please be aware there are no alcoholic or hot beverages permitted at Kidville. Kidville is food-allergy aware and committed to providing a safe environment for our members. Therefore, we request that you do not bring peanuts, nuts, or foods containing nut ingredients onto the premises.

Birthday Party Availability 
Events are held at Kidville – Yonge Lawrence Village on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Weekday availabilities are an option based on facility programming; please speak with a Birthday Party Manager for further details.

Holding a Date
An event day and time can be held for 48 hours without a deposit. After which time, a deposit is required or the spot will be released.

How to Reserve
Call or stop by your local Kidville. Early reservation is strongly advised, as availabilities fill quickly. Birthday Reservations are preferred at least 8 weeks in advance of the event.

A deposit will be taken to reserve the day and time of your event. The deposit amount is 50% (+HST) of your chosen Birthday Party Package. Deposit is deducted from the total balance.

In case of an event cancellation within 2 weeks of the scheduled event date, party host will be re- sponsible for the outstanding balance of the event. Kidville reserves the right to cancel or modify events within reason due to extenuating circumstances.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU CANCEL LESS THAN EIGHT FULL WEEKS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED DATE OF YOUR PARTY. All refund requests must be submitted to Kidville in writing either in person or by email or fax; and must be received by the specified refund date.

Drop Off
All events for 3 year-olds + are separation option-al, unless otherwise noted. Parents or caregivers will be asked to Sign-In and Sign-Out children if they choose to drop-off during the event. The party host is responsible for gathering contact information for all children in attendance of the event.

No Shows
You will be charged for the number of children and adults (for adult food if applicable) that you submit the week prior to the party. You will be charged for the number of children that you guaranteed before the party, even though you may have no-shows. Also, please note, that you will be charged for any extra head count on the day of the party if any.

All final payments will be collected the day of your event. As previously mentioned, the listed prices on Contract do not include taxes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit, or Cash. We do not accept cheques for Deposit or final Birthday Party payment. All additional costs incurred during event, will be charged at the end of event. A Birthday Party Manager or a Birthday Party Leader will review these costs with you prior to the end of event. If balance is not paid at the end of your event, Kidville will charge credit card in the amount of outstanding balance.
