What is Kidville? |
Named ‘Best of’ by New York Magazine, Kidville operates upscale facilities catering to newborns through five-year-old children and their families. In addition to offering a wide range of developmental classes including Little Maestros, Run Wiggle Paint & Giggle, Big Muscle Playtime, Kidville University (Kidville’s Pre-School Alternative Program), Big Muscles for Little Babies, Kidville Tumblers, and Wee Wiggle Giggle, Kidville features an indoor playground and a retail boutique. Silver Membership is free with enrollment in any Kidville class, while upgrades to Gold, Platinum and Diamond levels are also available.
The Kidville concept started when Shari Misher Stenzler, Co-Founder of London Misher Public Relations, found herself carrying her baby and stroller down a long flight of stairs for her child’s first music class. “There must be a better way,” she thought and began informally polling friends and fellow parents about their needs.
Fun and familiar geometric shapes are the design foundation for Kidville’s interior space. Used with vibrant colors, the design elements encourage exploration and intuitively guide children throughout the space. This playful and cross-functional design provides the perfect setting for everything from intimate classes to “Big Blow Out” birthday parties.
Kidville Founders include Cosí Co-Founder Andy Stenzler, London Misher Public Relations President Shari Misher Stenzler, tennis stars Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf, patron of the arts Laurie Tisch, Emanuel and Liz Stern (HartzMountain Realty/Tribeca and SOHO Grand Hotels), Richard Chapman and Gordon Hamm (GMC Parking Chain) and Kidville President Rammy Harwood. |
As a franchisee, how many facilities will I be required to open?
When you purchase a Kidville Franchise, you will be required to open one Kidville and three Kidville Annex locations in your territory. For those who desire to operate several Kidville units within a selected region, a Multi-Unit Development program is available with a minimum commitment to open three Kidville locations, each supported by at least three Kidville Annex locations, within a specific period of time.
What is the difference between a Hub location and an Annex location?
Kidville (Hub) locations require approximately 12,500+ square feet of area.
Kidville Annex locations require approximately 2,850+ square feet of area.
Kidville (Hub) locations centralize your Franchise Company’s infrastructure for all of your locations. Kidville Annex locations are designed to bring select Kidville offerings into areas that will not support a Kidville (Hub) location, but will benefit from the administration and marketing support of the franchisee’s Kidville (Hub) operation.
What are the costs associated with purchasing a Kidville Franchise?
For a Kidville location, the estimated initial investment costs are between $1,470,560 and $1,622,400.
For a Kidville Annex location, the estimated initial investment costs are between $278,320 and $328,300.
The total initial investment for the Kidville Franchise consisting of 1 hub location and 3 annex locations is estimated to be between $2,305,520 and $2,607,300.
Will Kidville provide on-site training to franchisees?

"Rarely does a company come into a mature multi-billion dollar sector, like Kidville has done with early childhood developmental classes and services, and completely reinvent the customer experience on all fronts. By combining innovative programming, superb business processes, proprietary content, and proprietary systems with a world class management team, Kidville has created an excellent franchise opportunity."
